Posters

Posters (dimensions: A0 portrait, 841 mm x 1189 mm) can cover empirical, conceptual, theoretical, or methodological research. Each poster will be displayed in a poster session as scheduled in the program. During the poster session, authors will be available for questions and discussions. We recommend that you provide a QR code linking to a digital version of the poster. Material for pinning the posters will be available. Posters can be pinned during the lunch break (12:15 pm – 01:15 pm) on the day of the poster session (Monday, July 24) and should be removed after the poster session.

Presentations

Presentations encompass empirical work, as well as new theoretical or methodological developments. Each presentation is allocated a total speaking time of 20 minutes, which includes the discussion (however, we recommend limiting the presentation to a maximum of 15 minutes to allow for post-presentation discussions). Presentations are thematically grouped within symposia, either by the symposium organizers during the submission process (along with a general abstract) or by the conference committee. Each symposium will have a designated Chair responsible for ensuring adherence to the designated speaking and discussion time, as well as moderating the discussion. The Chairs are listed as the first presenters in the symposium, but you can negotiate this role within your symposium prior to the symposium. Computers and projectors will be available in the presentation rooms. If you plan to use slides for your presentation (e.g., PowerPoint or PDF), please provide them on a USB flash drive. Staff will be available to receive the presentation in the respective rooms 15 minutes before the symposium starts. This way you can test your presentation in a brief test run.
