Information on the Registration Components:
Please note, due to the (complicated) German tax system, you have to book two components during your registration: First, you have to book the “Hospitality Fee” (which is obligatory) and then, you book the participation fee for the conference (depending on your membership status and eligibility for reduced fee).

INFORMATION on the Fees Categories:
- Fees differ between full and reduced fees.
- Additionally, ISJR members receive a discount. We highly recommend considering becoming an ISJR member before registering for the conference, as ISJR membership fees may be lower than the difference between the full and discounted conference fees.
- Please note that Early Registration is only applicable until 15th April 23 (receipt of the payment by 22th April 23 at the latest!)
- Registration to the conference through the online registration system will be possible until July 23, 2023.
On-site cash payment is not possible. - Reimbursement of fees is only possible until June 22, which is one month prior to the conference start date.
Regrettably, any cancellations made after June 22 will result in the retention of 100% of the fees paid. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Eligible for reduced fees:
Undergraduate students; graduate students; PhD/doctoral researchers;
Researchers at any level from lower and lower middle income countries (2021-2022 World Bank classification).
All others, including postdoctoral researchers, researchers and lecturers on tenure-track and permanent contracts, emeriti, and industry representatives, should pay full fees. If you are unsure about your eligibility for reduced fees, please get in touch.
