Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place on July 25, 2023, 6:30 pm in the Augustiner-Keller, Arnulfstr. 52, 80335 München

For participants, the conference dinner is included in the conference fee. Drinks are free until 9:00 pm. Afterward, we kindly request that you cover your own beverage expenses.

Starters and desserts are the same for all attendees. But you can choose your main course option: meat, fish, or vegetarian. Please indicate your food preferences by June 25 via the following survey: https://survey.ifkw.lmu.de/ISJR2023/

For attendants who are not participants of the conference (e.g., partners, companions), conference dinner can be booked separately until July 15. The price for the conference dinner only is 100 € per person. Please indicate if you want to register an additional person for the conference dinner via the following survey: https://survey.ifkw.lmu.de/ISJR2023/ or get in contact with us directly.

Note that the Augustiner-Keller is located approximately 45-60 minutes away from the conference venue. To ensure a timely arrival at the conference dinner and avoid missing out on the delicious meal, we recommend departing promptly after the General Meeting (around 5:30 pm). The best way to transfer from the conference venue to the Augustiner-Keller is as follows:

You walk to the U-Bahn stop "Münchner Freiheit" (620m) and take the U3 or U6 to “Odeonsplatz” (usually these trains run from Track 2 or Track 4). There, you switch to U4 or U5 (direction “Laimer Platz” or “Westendstraße”; usually these trains run from Track 1). You exit at the “Hauptbahnhof” (Main Station) and walk to the Augustiner-Keller (1.1 km).
